One star for staff friendliness and location. The poor review is because the lack of cleanliness and comfort. The bathroom had mold and the beds were old and uncomfortable. They need to fire the head of housekeeping. We were in room 407

The hotel does not honor booking by Bookings. Saving a copy of the original receipt does not help. The room has a dirty floor. The walls are paper thin and you hear everything from other rooms. Parking is confusing and expensive. The hotel looks promising but details matter, dirty floors, sheets that were purchased two thousand years ago, bed mattress from consolidated sales, and what appears to be mold in bathroom. The choices are a plenty in Chattanooga and this hotel ain’t going to be my choice in the future. Manager refused to honor the Bookings charge and explained how the parking is not their problem or responsibility and that the hotel charges extra for parking to recoup the charge for the city. Jesse at the front desk was helpful.

We had a wonderful suite overlooking the Tennessee river. We had morning coffee on the balcony and it was great. The shower had plenty of force, the room was very clean and all the staff was very nice and helpful to us. I can recommend this place also because it is close to so many attractions.

What a great view and location. I always love being able to go for a nice stroll to the bridge and get some exercise with great views. The staff have all been very friendly and accommodating. Definitely want to stay here again. The firepit by the restaurant is nice to relax by and enjoy the river. Didn't try the restaurant connected but it looks tasty.
