Positive: The staff was great, really friendly and accommodating. My room wasn't ready, at 6PM, and I was immediately upgraded. Negative: There's no way this cheap-ish room and motel rated 2.5 stars. This was a bare bones, just good enough to spend one night experience.

Positive: Clean towels, sheets and comfortable beds. Quiet even though it is in a busy area. Good waffles for breakfast. Nice receptionists. Negative: Dirty hallways, stairway reeking of something. Run down room and bathroom. Bathtub didn't drain properly.

Positive: The price. Negative: Said they served a hot breakfast and they did not. That should be removed because some of us pick hotels because breakfast is included. Could do a better job at cleaning rooms. One of the beds had a huge dip in it. The outside could use a lot of work.

Positive: Room was dirty. Couldnt run heater because it made a loud noise so we froze. Mold was on walls in the bathroom. Breakfast was advertised and promoted by checkin staff but no breakfast was provided during breakfast hours. I would not recommend this hotel.
