This hotel was recommended by family and on our way home from vacation we made it a point to stay here and we were not disappointed. The service was professional and helpful. The restaurant was amazing and the rooms were super clean and sanitized. I'll stay again no doubt.

To stay off front desk clerk Dee, sick great welcome & recommendations from him. He was always smiling & laughing. The hotel had a restaurant attached, valet parking or street parking are your options. The room was clean & the bed was comfy, is not the norm. This hotel is great location to restaurants & stores. 15 min drive to Ruby Falls

Positive: The hotel location is very convenient. Easy walk to aquarium, Walnut Street Bridge, and arts district. The free downtown shuttle has a stop at the hotel. Negative: No provided breakfast, but rooms have a microwave, small fridge, and Keurig coffee maker with great stores nearby. No free parking, hotel offers valet parking at $20 per day. Public parking is plentiful all around the hotel for much less.

Spent the evening for a two day business meeting in Chattanooga. The staff was helpful and friendly while they confirmed my reservation from Booking.com. The room was clean and well appointed. The furnishing were a little cheap and dated, considering the cost, but my dinner at Rodezio was great. Overall I was pleased, except for the noisy A/C and the leaky toilet running all night. Not sure where the bug on my towel came from, but it grossed me out. If you found this review helpful please click like.

No, but there is $8/night parking right across the street on a surface lot. Breakfast was not included when I went last month.
