Staff is super nice and courteous! My room was exceptionally clean and the bed was comfortable. The other guests were mostly quiet. This is by far the best hotel I've stayed in here in Chattanooga.

Nice location. Interior and exterior clean enough. Beds comfortable. Owners were entire staff it seemed except for 1 housekeeper we encountered. Family/staff constantly watched every move you made while outside the room and seemed to listen in on private conversations. It just seemed to make me very uncomfortable. Checkout time is established at check in the day before but owner still goes around knocking on room doors well before check out time as a reminder. It may just be the way I interpreted that but made me feel unwelcome and a reminder they wanted me out. Would stay again if no other option. I felt price was about $20 too high per night for this no frills hotel.

Very up to date. They had mentioned that they just got new beds, very comfortable. Also had wood vinyl flooring which I much prefer over carpet.

Hotel was great would stay there again staff was awesome. Room and the rest of the hotel was clean. The price you can't beat.
