Stayed in room 215 for one night. Great location, on the top of a steep hill. Some rooms have a great view, but ours was facing a competitor's hotel next door. Check-in was fast and friendly. The breakfast was good, and our room was clean, albeit maybe showing it's age. We'd stay here again.

Ziggy checked me in.. He's one of the best and nicest workers I met so far. He was smiles and even funny. Very personable. He's a gem to have there. The room was very clean. Quiet. Bed comfy. Wish they had real TV, channels are terrible. Antenna TV is cheaper, more channels and so much better. Breakfast was disappointing. Hoped they had scrambled eggs but had jalapeño egg cups. Some of us don't eat jalapeños or can't eat them. Pre-made frozen waffles. sausage biscuits that were once frozen. No fruit, no melon. Canned blueberry pie filling. Indoor pool is great. Get there early in am and it's wonderful.

The front desk staff was fabulous! Didn't interact with room service. The breakfast staff (older lady with dark hair with a red tint) was rude daily, no eye contact, never greeted the customers and definitely more rude to children and certain nationalities. There is definitely room for improvement with the breakfast staff. Not sure why she recirculates the uneaten food from day to day after it's been place out in buffet manner (at least that's her claim). The room was average but could use some remodeling and deeper cleaning.

Rooms were clean. 2nd shift clerk was an AH but the overnight and day ladies were very kind and helpful. I was charged $209 for a room that was showing $157 online so make sure you book online. Breakfast was delicious. Would recommend it.
