I am a diamond member and lived a lot of hotels under Hilton. This hotel is very impressive. The breakfast is perfect, and staffs and chefs are very nice and diligent to prepare the food. I booked 2 rooms for five days each. The room is very clean. The ladies in the front desk are really nice and helpful. The location is good, 20minutes drive to Ruby Fall and Rock city. 2 minutes to mall and 1 minute drive can cover a lot of restaurants. It is quite in the evening, and moon was large and beautiful in Chattanooga. I will come back next year in the summer.

The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. The happy hour was excellent and well staffed. Breakfast offered everything we could want. We tried to get tickets to the aquarium/IMAX through the hotel and the site they needed was down. The sales department comped us tickets for the "inconvenience" but in reality they went above and beyond to make our stay a great experience. My kids loved the pool and we loved how close it was to all the food and experiences we came to the area to enjoy.

After a snafu with Expedia, Lisa at the front desk was extremely helpful and helped my family get a same night room. The room itself was spacious and clean (a few stains in the carpet). Beds and pillows super comfortable. Really good free omelets and breakfast as well. Will be staying again!

Very nice place to stay. Very clean with nice sized rooms. You can see some aging in the rooms (scuffs in the paint, cracks in the caulk in the shower) but nothing to be worried about. If you are staying in the area, this is one of the best places to stay. The breakfast is very good with a cook making omelettes to order. Also, there are many nice touches paying tribute to Volkswagen's history.
