Very nice hotel. For the brand and cost I expected more. Toilet paper was single ply super cheap. No, ZERO, complimentary coffee except in your room. Zero continental breakfast, not even a breakfast bar and an apple. They expect you to pay their coffee shop for coffee and breakfast.

Stayed in a corner room, 818. Here, they take pride in running a first class enterprise. The rooms are clean, well put together, quiet floors, bathrooms were neat and tidy…. USB anywhere which you may need one…. ports are on the dresser and on both sides of the bed. Great views… cool little bar and sitting areas around the lobby and sidewalk. I would definitely stay here again…I’m thinking quite hard for any issues or items of concern…. But I don’t have a single one!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a corner room on the 8th floor with wonderful views of downtown Chattanooga. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was very spacious and luxurious. Floor to ceiling windows on two whole walls. Furniture didn't fit well in that setup, though. Looked out of place against the windows.

I stayed there with my daughter and grandchildren. We checked out and went to breakfast. I realized I had left my diamond hoop earrings on the bedside table.I immediately called the hotel we were only 3 minutes from the hotel. They said come back and you can get them the room had not been cleaned. We immediately went back I spoke to management they walked me up room was it was cleaned. No earrings they spoke to maid and said she didn't find them. That was it no other checking. I ALWAYS place my earrings in the exact same spot on bedside table. I know for a FACT they were there. I saw them while I was getting dressed. The maid stole my earring.. They didn't seem to care.

Yes, we had pets in the corner room with a mountain view. They are SUPER pet friendly! Enjoy!

Yes, year round
They have rooms with two beds, I would call ahead and inquire about them bringing in a portable bed if available. If the 2 year old sleeps with the parents there shouldn't be any issues.
