You’ll need proof of citizenship, proof of Missouri residency, and know your social security number. Either a birth certificate or US passport is acceptable for proof of citizenship. Proof of residency requires a recent acceptable document with your name and address. Just any piece of mail won’t do. For a complete list please visit DOR.mo.gov.
