Quality has been all over the place for about 2 years. I love Jack food, so I still go there, but it's just hit or miss. This is a franchise so I think ownership has a lot to do with it.

It would be nice if they would open the lobby so you could at least walk in and order your food rather than going through the drive-through sometimes I don't like going through the drive-through because my vehicle is a little long. The COVID thing this is BS I have been in other Jack in the box's lobbies to make a to go order.

Tonight they didn’t toast the sourdough. The wedges are cold and taste like they were fried with donuts and fish. The last 4 times I went to this location the food was terrible. One Thursday night, about three months ago we sat in the drive through for 25 min. Jack in the box food is good, but not at this location. I’m never going back. They don’t care.
