We love this place and visit about once a week. My mom has Alzheimer's, and driving through the park is one of her favorite things to do. Her face lights up every time we see the bison, especially when they are close to the road. The park is always clean and well maintained and includes several picnic areas, pavilions, and public restrooms. It's free to visit but there is a donation box at the entrance if you would like to contribute.

Always a good time when we visit here. Never know what you will see the animals doing. Ducks, Geese, Deer, Turkeys, Elk, Buffalo, and the whole gambit of small birds.

I've never seen wildlife before coming here and when I did it was the most indescribable feelings of happiness and joy for seeing actual wild life. I live in a small town and never really see animals like elk and ducks but it was life changing coming here.
