Poor quality food and poor service. Constantly pulling cars just to receive wrong food or cold food. I don’t mind pulling forward to help their drive times IF I get fresh food not cold. They take orders when they aren’t by the register and tell me to pull forward without repeating orders at the speaker or the window to which is why I don’t get what I actually ordered: very incompetent.

They can't ever get any order right order a larger meal get medium fry and tell them no ketchup and the load it on this is not the first time I think if u can't get a simple order right then u need to fire the entire staff and close the down

Not only did they get my order COMPLETELY wrong, they made me wait 25 mins for it to be completely wrong. Not to mention that when they delivered it to my vehicle, the employee said "Um....I don't know what's in these bags...." and then hands me multiple bags to look through( for myself). I could have any number of gross or infectious materials all over me that are now ALL over several other customers food.!.!.! If this is the ethics of people who fought for $15/hour wages, I'll never use your facilities again....! Thanks, but NO THANKS!!!

They serve under cooked food to the public. Then when you ask them to replace the order due to its going to be cold when you get back home it's the end of the world. 2 big macs are not going to break the store. I have posted a picture to show the laziness that is going on and they wanted 15 an hour..
