Best car buying experience ever! I ordered an XT5 from the factory and it actually came in three weeks earlier than what was anticipated. Since we were going out of town for a few days, I couldn't pick it up right away but my salesman, Joe Ignoffo, had everything ready when we got there. Spent a total of two hours at the dealership which included finance, registration change, and car introduction (which was extremely helpful). The car is perfect! I feel so spoiled now!

Don't worry Call Burrell in service to schedule an appointment. He's the best service manager ever! Your warranty should cover any issues. He will set you up with a loaner if you can't wait. Great dealership. Their service guys are well skilled in repairing all Cadillacs.
