Couldn't get anyone from the main office to respond to my calls or emails to even look at/lease an apartment here. If they are this unresponsive this early in the process, I can't even imagine how they treat their residents. Based on other reviews as well, I would avoid this place. Edit: I find it fascinating how they have time to respond to Google reviews, yet no time to respond to potential/current tenants.🤔

Words can not even express how big of a joke the management here is. You should live here if you want to see inexplicable holes in the walls everywhere and if you want your packages stolen (they always say the cameras went out but its very clear this new management just straight up doesnt know how to access the cameras) oh and another bonus is the fire alarm goes off at least once a week in the middle of the night and wont turn off for hours! Looking forward to the backhanded way the management company responds to this one, maybe something clever like "were sorry about disappointment in our community" ????

I moved here in 2020 and moved out September of this year because the rent increase for a 1 bedroom was too expensive and they wanted to start charging a pest fee and garage parking, which before wasn’t a thing for 1 vehicle. It’s too overpriced for the suburbs. Great location yes, but for the burbs excessive. Overall the experience here was pretty good, I think I only needed maintenance to come a couple times living there, it wasn’t anything excessive and very minor stuff. I will say however the new management isn’t that great. When Marquette was the management it was fantastic. The place was super clean, they always had set days throughout the year to clean the garage, never worried about security, they came automatically during the seasons to change the air filter in your unit, and they were very responsive. My rent was only increased by $45. When Hayman took over the place slowly started declining. There is garbage everywhere and it is piled on every floor of the garage. It feels more like a college dorm not a luxury apartment complex. I had a group of teens sitting outside by the garage doors on the inside hallway where my apartment was and was confused who they were and how they got there. The thing that freaked me out the most is that someone left a note on the garage door saying that cars were being broken into and I physically saw someone looking at cars with a flash light one night and called the cops. The response time is horrid if you’re trying to call. One day I called a total of 19 times before I got someone and on another i called a couple times and decided to walk to the office and there was a lady in there, but clearly not answering phones. If you’re looking for something more affordable or potentially in the city you can get an updated 2 bedroom apartment for at least $1500 in Bridgeport. Great neighborhood, good food, and close to downtown. If you like the burbs, I would say make your own judgement, but no matter what all apartment complexes are like this to some extent. Best to save for a house and get of a place of your own!

Called 4 times, emailed 3 times. Even stopped by in person to try and meet with somebody to tour a unit becuase my husband and I are moving and loved the website and pictures and testimonials from residents. We have still not been contacted by anybody and at this point it just seems like you aren’t looking for new residents we were very turned off by the lack of communication. This place is still on our list of potential places to move but we’re obviously not going to fill out an application if nobody over the course of 2 weeks is willing to get back to us. Meh. Just raised a lot of red flags

The rate can vary by season, unit style, and whether there are any promos being offered. The cheapest I think I have previously seen was just over $1400. I'd say that the $1500-1800 range seems pretty common. The complex is now under new management, so that might also influence rates, although I expected it to be somewhere in that ballpark.
