I’m suppose to be moving in tomorrow Sept 14 that’s the date I indicated when filling out my application. I call today to let them know I’ll be coming in to collect my keys because I was told by the leasing agent when I was first touring the apartment 24 hrs before moving in I can come collect the keys. I call and they tell me yes they as the apartment complex moved my move in from Wednesday to Friday and they never once notified me of this!! They said it’s in the welcome letter which I have still yet to receive. This whole move in process had been terrible with management I’ve been pulling teeth everyday I call and everyday I get told something different there’s seems to be a lack of communication among staff which then leave us tenets frustrated with wushu washy answers. They have given me panic attack after panic attack and with me moving in tomorrow I can already tell I won’t be here for long. This place management is terrible and I’m reading other reviews looks like the living conditions and maintenance match managements poor attitude and commitment to making sure their tenants who pay thousands to live there aren’t being taking care off. Terrible system in place. Do not move here

First advise see the appartment you'll be leasing before you sign, not a model but the actual one. Ok, you'll make it with what you get, but then they did not say someone will enter the appartment, we have seen on the cameras someone enters the appartment and called management, they say it is from mainenance and this what we come home to. It has been 3rd week and no one from office is answering their phones. And no one comes to fix it. Left many voice messages and emails to no avail. Second advise avoid while you can!

Moved out 4 months ago and still haven't received my security deposit refund. Waiting for the elusive lease manager to cut another check (if they ever sent a check in the first place...) I also had roaches in my unit while living there. UPDATE: 6 MONTHS LATER I FINALLY RECEIVED MY SECURITY DEPOSIT REFUND. Good luck to the rest of you.

Would not recommend! Can’t get maintenance to fix anything, bad living conditions.
