I just brought a Cadillac about 2 months ago. My remote pad is not working. The system says that the battery is dead. So I brought another battery for the pad. It still doesn't work. I don't know why. Is there a way to find out what is wrong.

Don't worry Call Burrell in service to schedule an appointment. He's the best service manager ever! Your warranty should cover any issues. He will set you up with a loaner if you can't wait. Great dealership. Their service guys are well skilled in repairing all Cadillacs.
