Well here we go again I have been on a waiting list for service on my 2017 Cadillac XTS with 20,000 original miles since September 10 2021 they keep lying to me and telling me that they will call me once a loaner is available and they never called me not once. Now Durning this whole time I was told by a guy named Anthony who no longer works there I wonder why? that not to worry about the warranty covering because they would back track it to my original date of scheduled appointment which is September 2021 because my Initial warranty was to expire in may 2022 and Anthony told me not to worry that it would be covered . and now finally a loaner is available October of 2022 13 months later and now Brian Johnson is telling me that Cadillac is not honoring my warranty. So I called Cadillac to complain and they said why where you never told about the loaner assistance program where you rent a car and pay for it and we will reimburse you once the repairs are done. They also said they would not be able to help me because my vehicle is out of warranty and I had a 50,000 mile 4 year bumper to bumper warranty. I am really frustrated with this dealer service department just lying to people especially there service manager Julie Ochoa is by far the worst. I have been in contact with Brian Johnson for over a year and now this what they tell me. Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT Buy from this dealer because there service department is absolutely the worse and the service department is the heart of a dealer and believe me they have no heart they are the worst they will literally lie to you. I wish I could give them a -10 review and not a one star.

I got into a car accident in my Mercedes CLA 250 4Matic. I have State Farm insurance, so I decided to take my car to Napleton Cadillac Body Shop in Oak Lawn, because its very close to my house. Pete, the body shop manager, was AMAZING. He made the process SO EASY from start to finish. My vehicle came out looking like I just purchased it off the showroom floor! I was just want to give this Body Shop a HUGE shoutout to the quality they put into their work, and I cant thank Pete enough. If you need your vehicle fixed, SEE PETE!

Excellent buying experience! I purchased a pre owned Cadillac from Napleton Oak Lawn, beautiful car. 1st drive at night headlights were very dim. Russ and his sales team happily made things 100% right for us. They even scheduled the work at a Cadillac dealer close to us. I highly recommend Napleton Cadillac Oak Lawn!
