OMG … I took my jeep into this dealership because of a recall. I had to give a appointment to come in on 10/18/22 . I had to wait a month because they didn’t have the parts. The day came for me to come in with my jeep Oscar the service gentleman said I could bring it in the day before good. He check things over and I stated it was running hot. The point of the recall was to service the cooling system/ the oil system 2 things that were needed. It has been a week and I have talked to 3 different ppl. They said I need a reservoir for the coolant. It will cost you 300- $375 they said . We got to do this and this etc from 3 different ppl quotes. Well all this time no one says the guy that service when you came in quit. Like the rest have walked away not enough pay; but make me pay . Then I said no that it to much now I owe then $109 for what well we had to do the diagnostic test . I feel you should have done this in the beginning to see what the problems were & why do I have to pay. Oscar went over several things and never said this but he left the company. Why isn’t that car dealership don’t give loaners; but will rent you one. Who does this ? I am so disappointed everyone is trying to make money off ppl who have nothing smh.

Worst dealership ever. I called several times to book an appointment for my truck they never answer. When they finally answered the lady had me on hold for 35 minutes. Every 5-10 minutes she would just say “Bermans please hold”. When she finally got back to me she said I couldn’t get an appointment until November. My truck is no longer turning on and I can’t get an appointment until November!! I asked to speak to the manager and she said they weren’t available and that I would get a call back. I haven’t gotten a call back it’s been 4 days. 4 days without a working truck that I purchased brand new from this dealership. I recommend everyone goes to a different dealership with good customer service. They take so long to answer the phone , they took a month to work on my truck before even though the truck was brand new, and they tried charging me for my oil changes even though I purchased a package that they recommended which covers them for atleast 10 more oil changes. If you a purchasing a car they will answer and be there immediately but once you make that deal they no longer care !! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE. THERE ARE SEVERAL DEALERSHIPS NEAR BY WITH THE SAME BRANDS!!

Flush and fill radiator if not done in past five years. Inspect belts, tires, brakes and all fluids. Find a good neighborhood mechanic. Cost should be around $200.00 depending on what they find suspect.

I would suggest that you that you call or take it to the shop to see if the computers can be reset The computer doesn't automatically reset
