SO impressed. A piece broke on our TV, and GeekSquad//Best Buy were telling me I had to purchase a whole plan, then pay for the repairs, they’d send it out, it would take all this time, etc. We found Sam and made a call, dropped it off, and had it back right away! He was so professional and SO quick! He did an excellent job and our tv is as good as new! He’s our TV Guy for sure!

We have a Samsung Series 6, 6003, 60", flat screen LED tv that suddenly failed. When turned on the screen turns a dim blue; however, no video or audio, including menus are activated. Can it be repaired and, if so, what is estimated repair cost?

I have a tv that the picture does not show on the screen. You can change the channels and the input but there is no picture. How much would it cost to get something fixed like that on a 4K tv?

I have a LED back lit LCD TV... model, Sharp LC-60LE600U... one failed LED on the board causes all LED's to fail to light up and the TV will not turn on. Do you offer LED replacement/LED strip repair services?
