Title dept always great, license part, depends on who you get. Wife went in for a lost license and they wanted every document she needed to get the darn thing instead of just issuing her a new copy after someone else had gone thru and checked her documents and said she had everything

My visit yesterday went extremely well. I had the privilege of working with a new lady and the whole transaction went smooth. I was getting my motorcycle title and plate. She went over the options, costs, and went to coworkers for questions she didn't know. Friendly lady. Well done. The only real downside is they still require workers to wear masks. It's hard to hear them. Bosses, you are literally muzzling your workers. Update, thankfully management has realized that muzzling their workers is not in the best interest of anyone.

Walked in at around 3pm and the place was packed. Standing room only. And because here at the DMV where we love rules we're just going to ignore all the covid guidelines and throw them out the window because all the chairs were about a foot apart and practically no one in the place was wearing a mask. I took a number, and it said A5. Then I glance up at the board and it says A86, so I figured I'm in for quite the wait. So I find a somewhat open place to stand off to the side, and just make myself comfortable and lean against the wall quietly and wait my turn. As I waited, and waited, and waited, the line just did not seem to be moving very fast and one person seemed to be at the counter for possibly as long as when I walked in. So as stars and galaxies have borne and died in the time that I waited my number was finally called and at this point it was close to 5:00 p.m. I step up to the counter and behind the plexiglass barrier was a nice lady whose name was Lauren. She had a wonderful shade of red hair, a pretty smile, and a very pleasing attitude - something quite uncommon from my past experiences at the DMV. It was very uplifting to have waited that long and be met by such a kind and pleasing person to talk to. I complimented her on her watch band because it actually was very cool and she told me where she got it and for how much so I may actually try to locate one and use that for a gift idea this season. So other than the wait time, I would have to say that this was one of the best experiences I have had at the High Ridge DMV - and I would attribute it all to Lauren who I'm sure could have been in a very sour mood that day after dealing with many different people who likely had many different problems and many unfavorable attitudes themselves, but Lauren remained a very personable and upstanding person that made the wait at the DMV worthwhile.

I came to the High Ridge office last week and forgot to leave the comment card for the SWEETEST young lady that helped me the day I came in to renew my driver license! She was so helpful and walked me through yet another easy transition! The wait was a bit long but that was understandable, as it is a License office. I had a lot going on that day and she communicated well and kept the conversation light and professional and I was stressing out because I wasn’t sure if I had all my paperwork, she talked to me about family in the few moments I was there, very personable:) I just wanted to say I appreciated her swiftness of getting me in and out, all while maintaining her professionalism through the process. The name on the comment card was “Fountain B.”! Thanks so much sweetheart! You left a lasting impression!

You’ll need proof of citizenship, proof of Missouri residency, and know your social security number. Either a birth certificate or US passport is acceptable for proof of citizenship. Proof of residency requires a recent acceptable document with your name and address. Just any piece of mail won’t do. For a complete list please visit DOR.mo.gov.

Cody, you have 180 days to renew before you’re required to retest.
I assume you want a regular Missouri state ID for your 15 yr old, not a Drivers Permit or Real ID. If so, he’ll need his certified Birth Certificate, Social Security Card, and proof of residency. A recent document from his Missouri school with his name and address or a recent bank statement would suffice. If he doesn’t have such a document, then you can bring a recent utility bill, bank statement, paycheck stub, etc., in your name and address, and you can vouch that he lived with you at that address. A parent must accompany since he's a minor.
Sorry, but I don't understand your question.
You have 180 days, roughly 6 months, before retesting is required.
If you're replacing a lost ID, then bring in your birth certificate (a passport is acceptable if you have one) and proof of your address. Proof of address can be a recent bank statement or paycheck stub with your name and address. If you don't have that, and you live with an adult, the adult can sign a recent utility bill or bank statement and write on it that "(yourname) lives with me at this address."
All you need to get temporary l plates in Missouri is the following: -Bill of sale -signed and filled out vehicle title -proof of passed safety inspection -proof of insurance either on the vehicle or proof of full coverage insurance.
Aside from the doctor’s statement, you need an application which you can complete at the license office.
