Do yourself a favor in a DO NOT LIVE HERE!! They have the WORST management ever and the buildings were poorly made. The apartments are very overpriced and you are not getting your moneys worth. The worst thing about the these apartments is you will get DIRTY BROWN WATER out of no where and with no warning. They continue to blame the issue in the town but no other apartment complex in Randolph has this issue. Your packages will be left outside for everyone to see and anyone can access. Management could care less for your concerns and all they care about is residents paying rent on time. The bathrooms have mold coming out of the showers, it is gross. And when we finally moved out, they took $600 out of our security deposit for a small stain on the carpet and a dent in the flooring from our couch. If you talk to Brandon in leasing he could care less and will do absolutely nothing to fix any of the issues. Also, do not believe the good reviews, people in the office are writing reviews on here to make it seem like it is a good place to live. but do not believe it and DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!

I lived there for two years, and was happy in the beginning. unfortunately the experience was very frustrate when I moved out. The trash bins were always around by garbage; noise starts in early morning and last to late night (2 am sometimes); the mail packages were poorly managed. it's not a worth rental.

Yes, we do have open air parking available for all residents. There is gate controlled access to our parking lots and there is no additional fee for parking!

Yes, we are pet-friendly! We welcome both dogs and cats, with certain breed restrictions on dogs. We allow a maximum of two pets per apartment home. There is a $35 monthly charge per cat, and a $50 monthly charge per dog. For information on service/companion animals, please contact us.
