This place its the worst I ever rented instead of telling u they dont accept debit card they charge you for insurance and if u cancel the rental because its not my fault they dont accept debit card they still charged 65$ insurance when I never rented car before you rent double check they sucks ripoff

I had an insurance rental due to an accident. I drive a jeep so I asked for something comparable. Got an equinox :-(. It was take it or leave it. Car was dirty when picked up. Windshield was dirty with squished bugs on it. Cup holder was sticky. I called them on a different issue close to their closing time, and I was transferred to their call center and was told to cal the local number, which I did, and the call center said they could not help me. Should have gone to the other place that was offered. And the car is 4 years old!

I’m so disappointed. The cars are so duty and smell like cigarettes. The customer service is despicable. I tried two vehicles, and both had issues:-( The person in charge was so rude and didn't make an effort to help at all.

I used my AAA membership and got a Hertz rental for $36 daily for a wk. They gave me a Nissan Rogue, Hertz definitely seem to be a good place to rent from.
