Go there and see the lines, they're literally out to the foyer I haven't seen more than 2 people working the windows so waiting on physical customers is their priority right now no stopping to answer the phone. People who are patiently & impatiently waiting in line would lose it
If you physically go there, you would be able to see that they are under staff and REAL BUSY to even attempt on picking up the phone. Please be patient on the phone or GO PHYSICALLY there. Have a great day.
