Nick and Sam from Budget Blinds installed my custom sheers today and I couldn’t be more pleased with their work!! They contacted me a week ago in order to make the installation appointment…later in the week they texted a reminder…&…10 minutes before they arrived I received another reminder. They worked straight through without taking a break. After finishing the installation, they asked my advice on where to hang the swag…they showed me where the cords were placed and answered any and all questions I had. We are very happy with our blinds. We had a positive experience from the beginning to the end. Becca was a very informative salesperson and was helpful when she came to the house to measure and finish the sale. When Nick called to make an appointment to install the blinds we were pleasantly surprised because they arrived much earlier than we thought. Nick installed the blinds explaining as he went along, made sure we understood how they worked. He was very pleasant.
