Waiting for title over 90 days. Said it was mailed but I didn’t receive it. Sent second Form in. First they said they needed a pic of the hull # then said they didn’t receive it. Help!!!

Renewed my registration in December of 2021, it never showed up. Reordered 'duplicate' stickers in early March 2022. STILL have not shown up. Spent an hour on hold just to be told I needed to call back in 3 days when the 30 days since my re-order had passed. Called back and spent ANOTHER hour+ waiting to speaking to a completely incompetent person who tried to just blame the postal service. These people are an absolute disgrace to the state of Pennsylvania and are doing nothing but stealing from tax payers who just want to go out and enjoy the water.

Never received title, bought a boat back in 2019, Sent paperwork in 2020 and 2021 for duplicate of title, now it’s 2022 and still no title for the boat, 3 hours on phone on hold to speak to someone. Now I understand why 3 years is not enough to get a title for the boat…they just don’t want work over there, what we pay registration fees than?

My boat was registered incorrectly by the title company, I called the fish and boat commission to see how to get this correct. I was told I would need to send in the original incorrect title and they would send me the correct title. I did what they advised and sent the title by certified letter. This was May 20th 2021, it is now September 13th 2021 and this has yet to be rectified. I have called several times , only to be told they have not received it as of yet and to give them another week or that they need to look into the matter more and contact me back. Not once have I ever gotten a call back! A whole summer has gone by and we have been unable to use our boat. This is totally unacceptable and disgusting that a state agency can run like this. If this was any other type of business they would be shut down.
