Would have to give a one star for now; I need to renew my nursing licenses by mid-October; the Pals network has been not working for the last three days and when I called I was told the phone line was undergoing "maintenance"; this is not a professional way to deal with professionals within the state of PA

For several decades, the Pennsylvania Bureau of Professional and Occupational Affairs has supported licensing boards for dozens of occupations. For several years, I have applied for my nursing licenses through this board, and I have never experienced any problems. Most recently, in late August 2022, this bureau emailed me to remind me to renew my license for nursing. I thought that their website was quick and easy to use. In only one day, the bureau emailed me to inform me that my license was renewed. About 1.5 weeks later, the post office delivered a hard copy of my license to me. I expect that this board more quickly processes license renewals when the applications are submitted many weeks before the deadline.

I am trying to renew my nursing license and also provide a change of address. Your site will not allow me to change my address. I completed the survey and 2/3 of the renewal application. When I got to the portion where you provide additional names to send information,it locked me out! Do you shut the website down at 5pm? I am frustrated with this site. I have logged back in numerous times without success! Please fix!

I'm not great at remembering names. I was having an issue logging in to renew my Dealers License. I had looked at the reviews and got sick to my stomach because most of them were not good. Well, I had no problem. The lady reset my password and stayed on the phone with me until I successfully logged in. I was totally grateful I got her. She has great people skills and she is knowledgeable on her stuff. Thank you so much for your help

You would get a letter of good standards from a previous employer you work for in your profession. if this is the first time you applied for a license in that profession the letter of good standards would not apply.
Hi Pam. The Department of State Bureau of Professional Licensing has 29 Boards. Please follow-up with the proper channels for whatever licensure you're referring to. We would never provide sensitive Commonwealth information in this manner. Thank you kindly.
You would need to contact a private real estate attorney for legal advice concerning real estate transactions.
