Being a nurse for this system makes me very sad to post this…… sent by ambulance ($$$) from Dr office after experiencing drop in heart rate, chest pressure, change in Bp, paleness, dizziness, shaking & sweating after receiving nerve block with lidocaine. Now in wheelchair sitting in waiting room To Be Triaged for 1 hour! No one has triaged my vital signs, checked on me regarding the chest heaviness I still have! I am very upset that this is what our system has come to! I feel that this just sets up our system for sentinel events and poor outcomes!!

This is the worst hospital I’ve ever been too they talk about the main hospital downtown like it’s bad the wait time is horrible here they have you wait for four hours for nothing it got so empty and bad people with severe problems got up and left this is no exaggeration worst hospital I’ve ever been to

Right now, you can only go in through the ER and the main entrance. The nice folks who take your temperature and do the COVID health screen can give you directions where to go.

Call the hospital and ask for the Outcomes Management department. The social workers will be able to look her up and see what company they ordered the bed through.
