Very rude person who answered the phone regarding Covid-19 tests. She basically did not know the cost of the test, how much would be billed to the insurance or charged to the patient. She was practically yelling after one minute on the phone saying that the doctor can order additional tests and bill you, and could not say how much would be billed for ONLY Covid-19 tests. Overall a very pathetic interaction with a patient. PS, we have 3 doctors in the family, my father a retired physician, son and daughter in law. Did not expect this kind of rude behavior from a health care provider. It was a very simple question…how much does a PCR cost, how long does it take to get the results?
