They do not answer their phone and if they do it will be at least 2 hours or more. They allow the utility companies to raise rates without consideration hard times that people are going through with inflation. What a waste of taxpayer dollars. This agency need a serious overhaul.

Useless, they'll cover Met-Eds wrong doings, claiming the power company followed all procedures and pretty much dehumanizing you when your at your ultimate low. You can tell they don't care about right vs wrong. PUC needs to be investigated thoroughly. How are you going to stand and say your there to help people when you really work for the power company. Crooks all the way through and the women who answer the phones are just nasty and I would love to have them talk that way to people face to face.

If I could select zero stars... I lost a rate that was locked in for 3 years because this useless bureaucratic bloat agency overrun by overpaid executives couldn't do their job properly. Thanks PUC, pew stinky...

Mary, you may want to find the PA PUC on Facebook, LinkedIn,Twitter or Instagram. I know that they communicate through these mediums. Best of luck.
The governor gave state workers a half day off for the President's funeral. No one is there to answer.
It depends on the circumstances and what specific utility service you're without. Visit the PUC website for links to regulations to help guide you, or call the PUC hotline and someone will help...
Typically you would call in with your 7 digit case number, and an investigator should be able to update you with case
