worst place ever they all about money. There noway a person can save up to move away from Sumter Housing. No place to live when you have kids they don't care about you and your family just money. Mainence don't do thier job right, they don't speak not friendly at all. who wants to be around grumpy people brining bad vibes where you have to lay your heads. I hope they go in for a real new change soon.
