Depends on the event (movie, matinee, concert). The doors open at 7 for most evening concerts.
You can google it, they have a calendar.
You would likely do better to contact them direct. Perhaps even call them. It is a small group of people. Very friendly and helpful. Anyone working there would be able to help you. In my experience you choose will call (pick up at the event the day of), print at home or download to your phone. The phone download utilizes an outside website you create an account through. Takes mere moments.
