The earlier in the day you go the less crowded it will be. Also highly recommend going during the week to avoid the large crowds that descend in the Summer weekends. Absolutely stunning place to visit anytime of the year.

Scenic and soothing to ears. A nice waterfall a few miles from the main road. The road to the falls is narrow and is not paved but looks like it is maintained. Parking area is very close to the falls.

Rocky falls doesn't have camp sites but peck ranch does it's not far past the road that takes you to Rocky falls
Pretty low when we were there.
Sure you can but I wouldn't advise going up the falls if you are drinking. The rocks that are wet are super slick. There is limited space.
