The Garbage Kitty

We need to bring back tangible retail stores and specialty shops to this mall. We all have good childhood memories from The Fairoaks, but now it's super sad in there. Does anyone remember the name of the Spenceresque party/prank/incense/adult type store that used to be there in the 90s? It was an endcap store...kinda by Claire's and Hallmark? I cannot think of the name of it, but it was not Spencers, Parties Unlimited, or Nirvana. Please...Help public, help. It's haunting my subconscious..

This place is a Ghost Tow, there's about 10 stores left open this place is not what it used to been.... It's definitely a sad sight to see
