Ordered a truck 26 footer 4 people. Arrived with 16 ft truck and 2 people. They arrived 30 minutes late. The truck was filthy and they tracked this black material all I over my new floors. While I was standing there one of the gentlemen saw a spider and crushed it on my brand new freshly painted wall with his shoe. Leaving a lovely shoe print on my wall. Also it so nice to hear the employees complain about the management all day.

Called June 21, 2022 to schedule movers to move a couple dressers, beds, and bunch of boxes. Was informed $100 per hour for 2 people, $180 for 4, I said i would take 4 people for 2 hours. They informed me that they have people available and would arrive today between 10-11am. They arrived around 10:40, we opened the truck at 10:50 and they asked me to sign the contract which stated they started at 10:15. I stated I would like to change the time to 10:50 and they informed me that they charge a 30 minute drive from the office and a 30 minute drive back… so I was about to be surprised with an extra $180 charge. I said no thank you. I’m on a strict time schedule so I dont want to waste anyones time and would have remembered being told about an extra $180 charge because i would have denied it. Bad business

Have used for a basement cleanout and moving heavy furniture within the house. Both times they were incredibly fast and professional. Easy to work with, good communication and they took good care of my stuff for a fair price. Will use again!

They showed up late. Had to pay a lot more than the quote. Which I know it is just an estimate but the amount we paid was way more. Things were broken. Big hole put in the wall and a bid gouge in the stairway. They did not tell us about it either. We had to ask them what happen. So frustrating.
