Anyone know of any resources for help with flooded basement? What can a person do that can't get assistance because they don't live a county that was approved for Ida assistance.

I am not an expert on this topic. But if FEMA assistance isn't available, then it's possible your only resource is your homeowner's insurance. Beyond that, I would contact the Small Business Administration (SBA) to see if you qualify for a low-interest loan. Do it even if you don't own a business.
