Here's a link to more information: https://www.health.pa.gov/topics/certificates/Pages/Vital%20Records.aspx Edited to add: The best way to get an estimate on timing would be to call the birth certificate inquiry line: 724-656-3100 or 844-228-3516 (toll-free) Monday - Friday, 8:30 am to 10:00 pm
