It is a great newer facility. Membership is easy as there are 2 options. If you walk in, the staff would certainly be able to give you a tour and discuss benefits of each membership. I cannot beat the price for a gym membership. Maybe even ask if they are running any year-end promotions.

There is a 30 min circuit training area. It is not instructor led it is self paced but there is a indicator for when you should switch.

Individual. There is a black card, which is $20. The black card allows you to bring a person with you every time you go to the gym. There are also other perks to having a black card, like 1/2 priced drinks, discount on pf gear, the ability to attend any pf worldwide etc. The only drawback is the family you bring with you would not be to attend the gym on days you decide not to go. But as previously mentioned give a call just to see if there are packages we may not know about! Happy New Year!
