There the worst . I had problems with them for a straight continued of 20 year's worth of issues . the last issue was They took my name of the user list without our authorization . My patience had a ran out . That's It.

In a nutshell, rude, unfriendly, unprofessional. Was told to wait in “queue” line of 12 people just to drop off equipment. Do better spectrum. Should have never closed the other local stores.

Very rude woman tried to make me stand outside because I didn’t have a mask with me I forgot mine and instead of giving me a mask she made a scene in the store yelling my name telling everyone I would be outside I will be reporting her to management! Very rude people such a long wait I’m honestly canceling my plan with them! I’ve had enough of there crap…

Had to wait 45 minutes just to swap out a modem. Thank goodness a considerate customer asked the associate waiting on them to please help us because we had been there so long. It took us 2 minutes, but no one could be bothered until a customer stepped on. Pathetic.

I haven't used Spectrum / TWC for television since about 2009. Their customer service was horrible then and it's horrible now. About a year ago I decided to switch back, made arrangements to port landline number, got a 4-hour installation window. The installer shows up and says my cable (underground) has no signal and he will have to come back another day and do the install. I said this was installation day and he didn't need to come back. Still not a customer. Summer 2017, had to get internet/telephony for my mother's apartment; got Spectrum because no other option. Installer was rude and walked off before I was able to get an internet connection. "It works with my phone, so we're done," he said. Had to find out later whether the digital phone would work. Had to make a call from the digital phone to find out what the number was. Mom had to move out 3 months later, called and canceled service, returned the modem but kept getting bills for it and turned over to debt collector. SAD
Lack of good leadership
I would not go with spectrum of I did not have to. They do not card about the customers. All they care about is money
