AVOID THIS COMMUNITY BY ANY MEANS NECESSARY!! These are images of obvious repairs needed at my apartment that were never taken care of. I spent approximately $30,000 in rent , and the moldy shower doors and toilets were never fixed. I had to clean the toilets and shower with a tooth brush to remove a portion of the mold. The property manager promised to changed my doors, and cancelled my appointment the same day after I requested time off from work. The mold caused severe allergies and cough which caused me to be on medication and have a chest X-ray performed. This community does not care about you. Their front gate is broken more often than not affecting the safety of its residents, people are smoking, drinking and playing loud music pool side sometimes past 1-2 in the morning, the parking situation is terrible and tenants cars are broken into. They do not have a security in sight to oversee what tenants and their guests to after hours, and management does NOTHING to resolve the problem. This community is the slums of Doral. Save your self the money and aggravation , and find another place to live in. It’s the most disgusting abd inconsiderate place I’ve ever lived in.

We have lived here now a year and are very happy. Great community for children and pets. Very clean and maintenance requests are simple to do and most of the time gets done on the same day. Love taking my dog to the doggy park in the community. Always nice to have her stretch her legs and let go of energy. The office staff is very nice and considerate and after hours there is always ao satellite office to answer. Compared to some of the other apartments in the area, you get more square footage and closet space here.

The entire staff at Camden has always treated us with great respect. Jacqueline is great, always a kind greeting from her when we walk in. The rest of the staff too has always been extremely quick to help, Javier assisted my girlfriend quickly in giving her a gate code for her guests. Have a lighting issue? bugs, refrigerator not working? They are at your doorstep most likely that same day depending on the severity of your issue. The maintenance staff in most areas is widely overlooked.. but if you pay attention to them here, they are always courteous and polite and very clean in their repairs. Take note that the price you see covers TV, CABLE, TRASH. Water is very inexpensive here and if you have a leak in a faucet or toilet, refer to the paragraph above. The community is very well kept, you can't stop kids from throwing trash on the floors, but the maintenance staff is on the job quick. Gym is always clean, pool area tidy and inspected every day, trash area too. Valet trash is also very neat, just follow the simple rules given at time of lease. Overall great experience, you actually live in a place with plants that are maintained bi-weekly so there is not hospital hallway feel to this place.. I would post a picture, however I think its only best that you stop by and pay the staff a visit better and experience this place for yourself.

Excellent community, very nice and clean, the staff office is very kind and helpful, they are always with a smile and treat us excellent, also the maintenance staff is very efficient they solve the problems fast and good, very nice team in general. The apartments are in great conditions, also the pool and the gym are in excellent conditions too. My wife and I are very happy living here.
