I initially had great customer service- quick and friendly. The store didn't have the phone I wanted (Iphone 13 pro 512 gb) in stock, but the staff member I worked with was helpful in walking my through the process of ordering it. However, when the phone arrived at my house a few days later, I received the Iphone 13 pro max 512 gb- even though the screen protector I ordered was for the Iphone 13 pro. I took the phone to the store with the screen protector, but instead of replacing the phone, they replaced the screen protector, and informed me that if I wanted to return my phone, I would have to pay a significant restocking fee. At that point, I chose to just keep the pro max, but I was extremely frustrated that the staff was unwilling to correct this mistake without more money coming out of my pocket. And even more so, either way, I'm losing money, since the pro max is a few hundred more than the 13 pro. To add to that, the staff member that assisted me was on their own phone the entire time they were working with me. I'll be choosing a different Verizon store next time.
