We stayed here for a funeral as it was the only hotel that allowed pets. Although the pet deposit was only $10, we quickly saw why the rooms were so cheap. As you can see in the picture, the cleaning was sub par. The rooms appear to be recently renovated, however you can tell it was either quickly done, or just used cheap labor and products. The bed was not comfortable. Only had 2 towels, wash cloths. No hand towels. Shampoo dispenser was empty. All of this could have easily been over looked except when we asked for a late checkout due to attending a funeral that started at 11, which is the same time as checkout, they would only allow till 1230. They would not budge on this at all. No compassion or consideration that we had a funeral to attend to. So we had to pay for another night just to be able to check out at 2. Had this place been completely booked or them needing our rooms right away we could understand, but this hotel was empty! If we did not have our pets we would not stay at this hotel at all.

Firstly, the room's microwave ddnt work and smelled like it was burning. AC/Heat unit knob was broken.Hair found in one of the beds. Hot water ran slow in the shower. Front staff very rude n not willing to accommodate at all. I needed to stay another nite n I asked for a different room. The new room, upon entering, had 2 queen mattresses that were just standing upright next to door. A box was on the counter top beneath the tv that contained some form of paraphernalia used for drug consumption(pipe) n jewelry,etc..I immediately clld front office n was basically screamed at as if I did something wrong. Was told to jst come get my money and leave. No apology or accommodation.

The rooms are very beautiful and nice. The AC worked wonderfully. And it was very peaceful and quiet. The staff was really friendly and nice. This is my go to place when visiting my family. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay while there.

These rooms, they have an echo in them I swear. Ours was a double bed, I've seen the single beds too, they're big also. You can move around and not worry about being cramped up. Our 20 month old had more than enough room to play and run, that should say it well enough. It's quiet here and there staff is more than nice, they're wonderful.
