Just moved in June from NYC and every week there is a problem, gym is not well cared , rules in the pool area no one pay attention, apartment rent super high for Florida -everyday something broken -AC , Dryer, Front Door , Gate -waiting 5 days to fix my dryer -5 days with big family and not able to make laundry that’s insane ! Saying safe community but gate is broken Again (during our move 3-4th time ) for a week ,very disappointing

This rating is solely for the Maintenance Team. Thiago, Felix and Ervis are great! They are always ready to help when there is an issue and always with a positive attitude which is so important. Working with people isn’t always the easiest, but they always have the best attitude. Every interaction I have had with these guys is always a pleasant one. Camden is lucky to have employees like them. These are the kind of people you want representing the company.
