LEFT because LITTER and trash everywhere...3rd world country mentality folks in Miami....just toss poo 🐕 doggie bags into a pretty lake !?! Toss fast food items out fancy cars and in parking lot?! Money doesn't always change people for the better 😥 Shocking how folks litter and not recycle in the area. Trash in stair wells and grocery plastic bags killing wildlife in lake turtles🐢 Also don't turn off AC ... MOLD comes fast! USE THE BINS 🗑 🚮 🗑 😒

Hello , I would like to say a big THANK YOU! to the maintenance staff specially to Mr.Jaime. Today Thanksgiving Day, I had an issue with the faucet of my kitchen and I just called and he came to resolve the issue in less than an hour.He answered my call immediately. I was very thankful that he came an resolved it and most of all on a holiday like this. It's not just today but on other occasions I've called them and they have come and fixed the issue very quickly. I would like to say Happy Thanksgiving to all the maintenance and management staff. Keep up the excellent service that makes Atlantic Doral a great and safe place to live in. Thank you so much.I really appreciate it!!!

This place is overrated. They have a nice landscape, location and amenities other than that our apt had old kitchen appliances, old dryer/washer, and apartment was full of mold in winter months, they were not responsible for cleaning mold, we had to do it. They will only repair the old appliances but never replaced it with a new one..Air condition did not cool enough the bedrooms except master room and nothing could be done, Overall is way too expensive for what their apts offer. I have seen apartments much better in other areas for less rent price.

I enjoyed living here because it was one of the better places to go as far as traffic getting home. It was close to my job, and in Doral that's major. I also liked the staff and didn't bug them to much about stuff. Those are the pros, but the cons, well their were ants that kept getting in and the exterminator only came on certain days in the week. If they forget to tell him, then you had to wait another week. Secondly, The security doesn't do anything. Anyone can ride through the gates at anytime when I lived there. People bikes and more were getting stolen and cars were being broken in, because the Security didn't do they're jobs. When it came time for the owners to walk their dogs, they did not pick up the mess left behind. The apartment didn't fine them or nothing, so image coming home after a hard day work, and you go for a walk to clear your head and you smell dog mess all over. You start to think why am I paying 2k plus a month for this?? Last, when you move out, I hired a cleaning crew to clean the apartment, everything was great. Sent pictures and everything, and asked to do a walk through, but they told me no need. Just send them pictures. Well basically, you will never ever get your deposit back from this place. No matter how great you leave the apartment. Just know you will lose the security deposit when you rent at this location. This is why I give it a 3 at the most. Really deserves a 2, for how much they go up on the rent yearly, it's basically no cap.
