The Mark Spa is great! They offer reasonably priced memberships that includes discounts on extra services you book. Staff is super friendly and helpful! Always go above and beyond to accommodate me and schedule last minute appointments. Atmosphere is very nice, relaxing, and most of all super clean. They have a relaxation room as well as salt therapy room you can utilize while you wait for your therapiat. Zunilda is amazing. She is very professional and thorough. She takes the time to ask if there are any specific areas of concern and also checks in with you throughout the massage to ensure the pressure is to your liking and to ensure you are comfortable. I was the most relaxed I’ve ever been during my massage with Zunilda. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely be scheduling again! Thank you for being awesome! Couldn’t be happier to have decided getting a membership with them! For reference, I have only attended the West Miami location.

Do not become a MEMBER they will take advantage on every possible way. By mistake charged my credit card six times charging a membership that it wasn’t mine on top of m regular membership. Mario the front desk guy wouldn’t not even give me a print out of the services received, because they only allow you to carry over up to 4 massages but failed to disclosed it in the three (3) years I have been a member. No appointments available for the next 3 weeks and the manager apparently doesn’t work, on Mondays, Tuesday and on Thursday she’s not in neither. Doral location used to be good, not anymore

I work so hard that me taking the time to write this is costing me but it's not right. DO NOT BECOME A MEMBER! there was another manager before, and she agreed to sign up again because she knew my schedule changes daily and told me there are plenty of waiting list so I can fill in and work with your schedule. I'm in charge of screening new patients at a rehabilitation center and I do not know how many patients I am going to have per day. So today I called at 11 AM to let them know I couldn't make it to my appointment at 7:15 pm, I know its not 24 hours but still time to try to find a solution... and the new managers first response was "well I have to charge you because I see a note that you stopped paying last membership", IT IS AUTOMATIC PAYMENT! I finished my year contract and asked to pause my membership cause I was a student and was having a hard time at the moment. They have list of waiting patients, groupons and I asked her could you please try to call any of those clients to see if someone could use my spot because I wont make it to my appointment. Her second option was well you can email us. What type of costumer services is that? A place that's supposed to be for relaxation , causing stress, attitude and not finding solutions! TERRIBLE! before this new manager it was amazing!

Pro tip: be prepared for a long wait on the phone. I had a Groupon for a massage. I came early and they still started late. The massage didn’t help the area that I came seeking to relieve. I wouldn’t come back to this facility.

They always treats me great as a member and for those friends that aren’t I never get a complaint. I request to get my service from the same therapist and if isn’t available they explained what kind of pressure the therapist has. I heard my location doesn’t offers Groupon and that’s cool because the center their attention on the members of course they al ways ask me to keep my membership up to date with the payments.
Their people are not as skilled ss they should be but their service is great! I did get an appointment made and they did not record it so yeah they have problems but once you get there the customer service is great
