I've never had a decent experience here. This is the worst dentist I have ever been to, please do yourself a favor and do not waste your time coming here. It's like they have a policy that allows them to only see you within a minimum of 40 minutes after your appointment time. I've been rescheduled the past two times, both within minutes of my appointments. Also, my sister had an appointment and was told that someone who was over the age of 21 had to accompany her because she's a minor, so once we showed up they said that they couldn't see her because she has to be with a parent when that was not what they told us before the fact. I will never come to this terrible place again!

DO NOT COME HERE!!! I’ll change my clinic after this visit. I did the teeth filling on 01/22/22, my teeth were not hurt until did the teeth filling here. I came to adjust the leveling 3 times, but after almost 4 month they are still hurt. I cannot bite on my left side teeth. 4 months passed, I have braces plan, I don’t know how long time I need to wait, so I took my braces. And the doctor blamed me why I’m not come back to level with her (what the?????????). Do not blame your patient if she’s hurt after you filled the teeth, thank you! Also, my appointment is at 8:00 AM, I set the early appointment because I have things to do later. But the doctor came to me at 9 AM. What’s the point for making the appointment 1 hr ahead??? Why waste the time of my weekend morning????????

Thought this to be at least one of those average place for getting some generic dental care. The care is good, but the billing doesn't work well with my insurance (AETNA). If you use this insurance and go here, the estimate is not accurate and be prepared to be overbilled even after getting and estimate. I got an insurance denial bill from this dental office after 4 months of service and got charged again even after making sure to make full payment on the date of the service.

After a negative experience with a different Bright Now location, I decided to try this location in Eastvale. My experience was wonderful! The staff here are all courteous and very professional. Carolina Valencia, the dental hygienist, is amazing! She definitely cares about her patients oral health. She ensured that I was doing well and went quick so that I would not experience much pain throughout the cleaning process. There is also another nice lady with long hair at the office whose name I do not remember. But, she is very helpful and kind as well. Carolina and her are the sweetest and I definitely recommended others to visit this location! Overall, they go above and beyond for their patients here! 🙌🏼
