I arrived in the US last May. Among five apartments that I looked at, I chose this apartment. The main reason is that I feel like I am in a tranquil village with great people around. Second, I love the place itself the trees, nature, pools and parks. I am approaching 6 months now in my unit and I'm loving it. This apartment is a great choice for me. Also, I invited 2 of my friends to live here and now we're 3 neighbors from the Philippines. Let me shout out Ms. Esmeralda of the leasing office who processed my application smoothly and timely so I can move in as soon as possible. Also for assissting on my friend's application. We'll see you on the next community event!

Very rude and unprofessional manager. Never fix anything charge you for everything twice check your statements alway trying to get over. The townhome is nothing like the one model they show you then when you move out they try to charge you for the stuff they never fixed. Then to renew your lease will be $200 more dollars then your lease when you first signed it smh. MANAGEMENT AND HANDY MAN RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL

I lived here and the day I moved in, a couple was moving out. As they were leaving they told me that I would hate it. I was not allowed to view the apartment until I signed the lease. When I got the keys,, it looked nothing like the one they showed me... Two months later the sewage came through both my tubs. I had to literally cry in the office for them to take action. The place they were supposed to move into suddenly was available. They gave me the run around until they sent me to look at their sister apartments. They were smaller, more expensive but more decent than the other options, which were located in an area which was unfit for me and my kids and considerably less than appealing. Of course this is all after showing me a lovely apartment and then offering a newer and lovely town house after the sewage ordeal. Their customer service is substandard.

TERRIBLE management!!! Do NOT move here! I moved into the Gardens at Country Club, singed a lease with the Gardens and they were bought out by Glendale community. Since then the manager at Glendale has taken our once nice community down hill quickly. Our trash bin is overflowing, they are adding fees that were not in our contract!! I’ve requested repairs to my sliding door several times and nothing has been done to fix it from leaking. They are trying to change the terms of our lease. They removed privacy fences and overall removing all the reasons I moved here to begin with. For what I pay I could have and will be moving to somewhere I can feel safe, where the management cares about the people who live there. If you’re still considering moving here, just know you’ve been warned! I can’t stress enough to NOT MOVE HERE!!

Neighborhood isnt bad. Rent is high though, and Youll have problems with pet waste or trash pickups being forgotten until a couple days. I dont have problems with my packages but i have seen that people have had problems with people delivering to the wrong places. And maintenance orders can be passed up quite easily here.
My daughter has lived there 3 years. Her car has been broken into several times. Break ins in the neighborhood regularly and a few shootings, the latest TODAY. I want her out of there asap. They need security immediately and to do something to deter criminals from coming in, like gates. Smh.
