Fridge pieces are broken haven’t been replaced.. AC has been out nearly two weeks, haven’t heard anything about getting a new unit. 80+ degrees inside our apartment.. Terrible communication from from the office, can never get an answer on the phone. As a formal employee and resident I’m highly disappointed.

The staff at Bethabara Pointe always exceeded our expectations. I lived here for 7 years now. The maintenance staff was always quick to respond to any issues we had and the front office ladies took great care of us and made us feel at home. Thanks Nicole, Sandy and Kim!!!!

At Bethabara Pointe, all parking spots are open to residents and their guests.
Residents of Bethabara Pointe can pay their monthly rental charges online through Rent Cafe (e-check, debit/credit card), Personal Check, Cashier’s Check, Bill Pay, or Money Order.
Bethabara Pointe does offer an income-based housing program. To learn more about the specific programs our community offers, please contact the leasing office.
Colonial Square is located within the Winston-Salem/Forsyth County School District. Nearby schools include: Old Town Elementary, Northwest Middle School, and North Foryth High School.
Bethabara Pointe is a pet-friendly community with no weight restrictions. If you're interested in welcoming a new pet into your home, there is a $250 non-refundable pet fee due at move-in or when the pet is added to your home.
