This place has been an amazing help with the application process! I've had 1,001 questions and have called several times and the property manager has answered each question kindly and promptly! I'll be severely disappointed if I am denied, but am at least grateful at how much help they have been through this process, ESPECIALLY being that affordable apartments in Winston- Salem that don't have a huge waitlist are getting harder and harder to find. My Name is Ms L Ellis, I have lived in The Arbor Apartment for about 7 years. I just love it. It is the BEST & WONDERFUL place to live at when you are downsizing from a big home. As Senior Citizen You don’t have to worry about landscaping like most of us did in our homes, the maintenance men are wonderful and they are fantastic and do everything to please everyone but special attention to US Seniors to get repaired done and they are always doing UPGRADES TO THE APARTMENTS and to the SWIMMING POOLS. THE ARBORS HAS GREAT SECURITY WE HAVE ALL KINDS OF PATROL PERSONS-POLICE, SHERIFF, UNDERCOVER, ETC. The only reason you go off the complex is to get food and it’s across the street or at the end of the apartment. You can walk anywhere and be safe. AND THE PRICE IS RIGHT 😊😊

My husband and I have lived here almost a year! We love love love this complex. Everyone is so friendly in the office and our neighbors. This is our first apartment and I have no complaints. If we’ve needed maintenance, they’ve always came fast and fixed anything! I would recommend living here to anyone.
