1. The pool hasn't been running since they took over. 2. They take water bills for there own preference they have only one water meter in one of each apartment and they get a city man to calculate the meters outside the man would take them the info. And the landlord would calculate what they think should be your bill. Every month when they came here I remember getting 3 bills all in February because she said she didn't know anything about the computers. And another thing the complex has bedbugs and they won't help you get rid of them like the contract states. And if you pay over your rent payment she won't give you credit for over paying it. My apartment wasn't even finished getting everything fix because she fired the black maintenance guy and the lady who had written down my stuff that needed fix before they took over. Everything you are paying for trash, sewer meter, pest. rats in some of the apartments they don't care if you have small babies are not. And she'll tell u brought it

Two bedroom I looked $656 but it doesn't include your other bills thou water, trash,pest, and they stop carpet cleaning if you renew your lease since this new landlord you have to get someone to clean your carpet.
