Very nice place to live. If you have any problems, they are always there. The people in the office are super nice. If you call them with a concern or problem, they will always send someone over the same day or the day after. They are very professional.

I lived at The Pines for a little over 3 years, and this has been the nicest apartment complex I have ever lived. The neighborhood was peaceful, the area was always clean and kept up with, and the ladies in the office (Tracy, Gretchen, and Julie) were always helpful and attentive. They really made this a great place to live. 10/10 recommendation

I was excited about renting an apartment but when I called in to the office, Julia wasn’t very welcoming at all. Felt like I was interrupting her time and this was around 10:30am.

Loved the neighborhood. But if they don’t like you they will not renew your lease for no reason besides because they don’t have to. I have never experienced nothing like this! I’m not the first person they’ve done this too. I would never recommend unless you’re looking for something temporary

Our one bedrooms start at $1100 per month and that includes the water, sewer and trash.
Yes, You do need a credit score minimum of 500 to be a considered applicant.
