I reviewed about my extreme dissatisfaction with my $4000 + sectional TWO years ago. Temple has responded to almost every reviewer EXCEPT me. Now 2 years later, I am not only dissatisfied with my sectional-I hate it. Temple-do you even care???

What do you not like about it?

If I order the highest back on the Tailor Made sofa, will only the pillow be higher than standard, or will the seat back also be raised?

Only the Back pillows are taller. The seat height remains the same.

We ordered through Claussen's Furniture in Winter Haven, Fl, your Yorktown Sofa 620-86 and Loveseat # 621-62. The major issue we have is that the Love Seat back is shorter than the Sofa.
